It is constructed from the finest quality Marine plywood. Marine plywood is a special type of plywood that is commonly used in marine applications such as boat building. It is made from select grades of wood of the highest quality and has excellent water resistance when sealed with the correct wood sealer. Marine Plywood consists of layers of ply that are glued and pressed together at perpendicular angles with WBP (weather and boil proof) glue. This results in a product that is more durable, stable, and more flexible than standard timber. Marine ply is highly resistant to cracking, warping, shrinking and wood rot.

Petpod door – Please note that the Petpod door is just a free add on – we don’t like wasting material and we thought long and hard about what we could do with the waste material that was left over when our CNC’s were done. So we decided to make a little door that might just come in handy when you want to safely transport your little fiend in familiar surroundings to the vet or some other location.
How to determine size: To determine the appropriate Petpod size it’s best to measure your pet ideally the Petpod needs to be just big enough for your pet to enter, turn around, and lie down. During the colder months, your pet’s body heat retention may be sacrificed if the house is too big.
Treatment: We recommend that the pegboard/Petpod should be treated with an oil or water based penetrating wood sealer. Painting or varnishing this product might thicken the parts to such an extent that they might not fit together.
